Have you ever wondered who actually makes maps?

Today’s driver, Peter, a travel and map guru and owner of Discovery Map International shares with us the behind the scenes of map making.

He started his career as a commercial banker and moved to Switzerland to become an investment banker. He has traveled to almost every major European city, Australia, Asia, and South America before returning to the U.S to Vermont where he and his family live now. Shortly after, he was presented with the opportunity to take over Discovery Map International, Inc, a company that merges travel maps and franchise ownership.

Peter also dives into his personal crazy driving experiences, like the time his truck flipped over on ice, he got trapped because a mountain was moving, and racing in a taxi to catch a flight.
